Did not speak with anyone at the drop off location because after hours. EXTREMELY disappointed they charged me for two gallons of gas when I made sure there was more gas on return than when picked up and I have pictures to prove. Schedule has not allowed me to follow up with them. Wondering if this is a scam and if I should contact local better business bureau or attorney general office.
James NThe trick was dirty and drove very rough. The gas was not where they said. The guy at the front desk was not educated regarding the app and had a slight attitude because I didn’t want him to keep pressing different apps on my phone. Then he told me well that’s a sign you shouldn’t be moving right now.
