All the information didn't transfer from the original location so I had to wait for all that to be entered. Ease of getting in and out of the location wasn't the greatest.

Heather JTruck interior was dirty and had existing maintenance issues that should have been addressed. No truck should ever be rented in southeast Texas with AC issues. Truck had significant rattle sound coming from (I believe) the rear axle.
David LTook me over 10 minutes to get the keys, the parking was not safe or secure for my personal vehicle, and I was unable to use the vehicle for most of my 6 hours I paid for because a windshield wiper was broken and it rained for 4 hours of my 6 hour time.
