We were moved to this location bc a 10ft truck wasn’t available at the location I had made my initial reservation. We got there and there was a 10ft truck waiting for someone else but we were upgraded to a 15ft truck for the same price. Okay not a big deal except the 10ft truck was still there in the same place when we got back which overall just would’ve been easier to drive and pack myself. Again not a huge deal. However, When I returned the truck, the counter guy doing our return seemed less than capable and was charging me an extra $50 and kept saying he’s not the uhaul guy and to come back in the morning to get it fixed. That was $47 more than I should’ve been charged. He initially said the rental was $46 which I explained per my receipt and contact with uhaul the rental was still 19.95 bc I had been upgraded due to lack of 10ft trucks available, then he changed it to a $50 up charge for gas when I had returned it with more gas than I had rented it with. Then he changed the miles to be far more than I had driven, and he kept saying “I’m not the uhaul guy come back in the morning and he will fix it” and I finally had enough and asked him to show me the charges and finally left with the correct extra charge which was less than $4. Horrible customer service and experience. We will not rent from any place that is a uhaul 3rd party vender.

All the information didn't transfer from the original location so I had to wait for all that to be entered. Ease of getting in and out of the location wasn't the greatest.

Not the most ideal place to drop off at night, but other than that, couldn’t have asked for better. Clean and functional truck and quick/easy pick up and drop off

We absolutely loved John who helped us out with getting our U-Haul. very sweet man very helpful. We will 1000% be coming back next time we need a u haul 😊

Truck interior was dirty and had existing maintenance issues that should have been addressed. No truck should ever be rented in southeast Texas with AC issues. Truck had significant rattle sound coming from (I believe) the rear axle.

Took me over 10 minutes to get the keys, the parking was not safe or secure for my personal vehicle, and I was unable to use the vehicle for most of my 6 hours I paid for because a windshield wiper was broken and it rained for 4 hours of my 6 hour time.
