Not a location issue, but the app would not allow the equipment photos to save. Took extra time for check-in.

The customer service was poor. I reserved the trailer for 4:45 pm as that was latest time listed. I then received a call from the store asking that I arrive early as 4:45 is close to closing time. I told them I would do my best to get there early, but I'm coming from work on the other side of town. I left work early trying to arrive early, but due to traffic, I arrived at 4:42pm, at my reserve time. When I walked in the door, they asked what I wanted. I said I had a trailer reserved. He said you must of just reserved it. I told him I reserved it earlier in the morning and evening talked with someone that morning on the phone when they called me. They said "I'll deal with you when I'm done with this customer." After about 15 minutes, keep in mind I left work early to try and get to the store early at their request, he was done with his current customer, 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. Not a big deal to me personally, just an observation. As soon as I got in the office, he verified my name, and then said, "For future reference. I would appreciate it if would make your reservations for earlier in the day as we close at 5pm." Thentime was listed on THEIR website. If they don't want reservations at 4:45pm, make the last one at 4:30. He continued with the reservation process as normal, then asked that when I return the trailer that evening, that I "put the trailer back in the same place....AND I MEAN IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE AND NOT ANGLED LIKE THE LAST GUY!!!". The entire experience was a real turn off. I'll reserve from UHaul again in the future, but I will not be returning to that location and will recommed different locations to other.

the truck wasn’t clean at all there was trash on the dashboard when i picked it up and when i returned it they charge me 20$

You have me mixed up...I did not rent anything from UHAUL. You are sending the receipt to the wrong email address. I have no idea how to respond yo your survey....check your error. Again, you are communicating with the wrong person. George

I would not recommend this location. The employee who assisted me was very rude and frequently interrupted me before I could finish speaking. I was also overcharged on my bill. I declined the $75 insurance coverage, but I was charged for it anyway and would like that amount refunded. In addition, I purchased $20 worth of gas before returning the vehicle, yet I was charged an additional $31 for fuel. Overall, I felt that my concerns were ignored and that charges were added without my approval. Because of this experience, I will not return to this location. In the future, I will use Enterprise Truck Rental, where I have consistently received professional and friendly service.

I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. The rep was terribly rude. My appointment was at 1245 and there were 2 people there before I was so I wasn't seen until 1258. When it was my turn the rep says "Right as I'm trying to leave." If you don't want people in at 1245, make an earlier cut off. He made comments about my email being strange (NOSKY2HIGH with a VPN protected service domain) I work in aviation and the comments are unnecessary. The trailer itself worked fine, but was badly dented in several areas. The trailer was located in a lot severely overgrown with weeds. To get my images of the trailer before I left I had to walk in shin and knee high weeds. One side was blocked by another trailer so images were hard to obtain. The rep needs to get a job he enjoys somewhere else, or needs serious lessons in customer service.

Great guy I’ve been here a couple times always helped me get what I needed even though the reservation before mine was late/extended and the equipment was unavailable that I reserved . Handled it professionally and quickly, even helped by placing a call to another location to find the original equipment size where available. Was able to get me taken care of still , would recommend this location.

Everything was as expected, all the supplies we ordered were in the truck. We used the mobile app to open the lock for our keys, this worked perfectly. Returning the truck was as easy as just dropping off the keys. We received our completed invoice with in about 30 minutes, with no surprises (which was nice).

I had to go to multiple u-hauls to get the truck. Luckily the last spot had a truck. However, the truck had no ramp or the dolly that I paid for.

Your agent was very rude and arrogant to me over the phone and to my employee when the toy hauler was picked up. And was also made his feelings known when we were an hour late for our pickup. I would NEVER recommend this location.

Every interaction we had was unpleasant. It seemed like speaking to me and answering questions was beneath them. Even after telling them my wife would be back to pick up my car within an hour, they parked a truck right in front of it and acted like they were inconvenienced to have to move it for her.

In the past ten years I’ve used uhaul many times and this was the first time the interior of the truck floors wasn’t very clean but over all the truck worked fine. Uhaul needs to upgrade their system the man couldn’t do anything and the phone app wouldn’t upload my pics which was frustrating!

The rep entered 60 more miles than I actually took the van for. I rented the van for abt an hour and he recorded I used it for 97 miles.

Literally nothing to improve. Everything was exactly as I needed and the truck performed perfectly fine and was suited for the task and the truck was clean and all of the equipment associated with the truck was in tip top shape. I didn't have issues with ramps or locks.

I’ve always rented from 2nd Opinion and I must say I’m never not amazed about how seamless the renting process is. Andy is constantly on top of the rentals and always provides straightforward information and details on equipments. Definitely a 5 out of 5 for me.

The bald white man who was working the desk lacked basic communication skills, was incredibly rude and made multiple smart remarks. His disregard for basic customer service skills made needing a U-Haul an even more stressful situation. Would actually never consider going back to that location.

The only thing that could improve the experience was that the after-hours pickup was listed as "counter pickup" rather than "truck share". I had to call customer service in Arizona to get the pickup completed. Also, I thought the pickup was to be within the hour AFTER 7pm rather than before 7pm so I made that mistake on my own - which I will know better now and in the future... Ha! Great job, Andy!

Very dark. I did get at 6 am but all other options on the lot were in a lit area. Mine was parked behind building, driver side basically touching the back wall of the building. The windshield was covered in ice and snow. It was a 26ft truck. No ice scraper in it. The back was almost touching a privacy fence. Again very dark while trying to take pictures per their request. The area is sketchy and not a good area so this made me uneasy. It should have been out and ready to go. Also rented an appliance dolly. It wasn’t with it.

I’ve rented from this place once before and came back because the prior rental went smoothly. Yesterday, Uhaul’s system was down. Andy, the agent, worked manually writing down information for each customer he had, in addition to taking information over the phone. This guy went above and beyond making sure people who had reservations were taken care of. I really appreciated his efforts. Great guy.
