DONALD LI returned my rental a day early. Sure hope I don't have to pay for an unused day. Also Was less than 24 hrs but due to pile of people the attendant the paper did not get completed until 10 minutes past. Plus it was not after hours will I get a refund?

Barry SGood parking location for this type of business. The truck was dirty on the outside and had some exterior cosmetic damage (dents). The truck didn’t have a radiator cap. I tried adding extra information on the U-Haul app but the app is terrible. Could barely use it to load the minimum photo requirements. And the CC verification process kept failing. Also the app was terrible for identification verification.

Dale JFirst I am grateful to have been able to rent the 10' Uhaul on short notice, it eleviated a mountain of stress. I was a little saddened in that the outside of the truck wasn't clean. Ya it's not a big deal, but what is, is with the car/truck wash right aside and apart of the company, the windows were terrible. The windshield, side mirrors, side windows..... yes the young fella at the gas station helped out with that. Speaking of gas.... I was informed by the young lady that it was my responsibility to make sure it was at the 1/4 tank marker upon returning i wouldn't be charged. Well 😆 as a woman I didn't know how much gasoline I would need to have to drive the distance (43.8 km x 2). So with a quarter tank i had the attendant put in $80.00. Huh, when I returned the truck it was at half a tank... and no reimbursement yet still paid $10.00 for the extra mileage. I did mention to the young lad upon returning it, that, 1. You have to SLAM the doors to shut, 2. The knob for the on the drivers door had fallen off. 3. A hammer was required to open the gate latch, by the way I left my hammer in the cab which I will call and have them put aside. 4. Guys, the drivers seat needs to be greased or fixed .... I believe you know what I am referring to, 😊. 5. This isn't complaints and yes I would still recommend to others to connect with 3 Guys, I knownif needed agon i would. The young men at 3 Guys were very helpful indeed.

DEAN POne suggestion I would have is to possibly change the hours of operation on your website. I couldn’t use the 24/7 feature because their open time is listed at 9:00am and my pick up time was for 8:00 am. I still had to go and do everything manually in the office. Not a huge imposition but a bit frustrating when I was trying to do it thru your website/app.

Avrey RThe place was closed, there was no one around, left truck there and had to call u-haul 1800 number to find out what to do. I didn't really feel comfortable in leaving the truck without letting someone know, go through the paperwork with me, as I took responsibility for the truck while I had it.
Brigette PCard Payment machine wasn't working, took 30 min , ended up having to use Cash. One trailer driver's side signal light wasn't working. 2nd trailer had a low tire, that I noticed, they said that they didn't have air there, so I had to air it up at Co-op Gas station. Safety chain came loose and drug on the ground at 3/4 of the way to my destination to pick up a car. I never touched the chain. So I had to buy a new hook and a link to put on the chain so I could use it. Equipment should be checked better. And card payment should be quick and easy. The other place in Lloydminster and the one in Blackfoot are better. I will be using those places from now on.
Judd RService rep took a long time because he kept looking under the wrong name and insisted that I was returning the vehicle. He didn’t have any instructions on the extras I ordered. The vehicles traction control system warning system came on 50 km from my destination
Stephen LRevise your rates/and add day rates for out of town moves . Not everyone needs 2 or 3 days to move a small apartment 2 hours away. Would have been nice to have a 24 hour option, and pay less, it cost $362 plus fuel, for 24 hours use of the U-Haul, we would have returned it within 8 hours, has the drop off location been open after 3:00pm on the day we rented it.

Deanna MThe cargo area of the van was dirty inside there was pills and garbage all over the floor. The vehicle was not washed prior and we were only left with an eighth of a tank of gas even though the paperwork said a quarter. So we filled the tank, not knowing how much gas we would need and ended up basically giving you guys an extra half a tank of gas.

Antonio IThey need more inventory. I needed to move two couches and all I needed was a 6 x 12 trailer. I even checked the smaller trucks. All they had was a 26' truck. It costs so much for gas & mileage.

Michelle RVery quick and efficient. We brought our rental truck in went over some concerns which did not affect our move but should be noted. I would recommend this drop off and U-Haul because of our end to end experience.

Priscilla TThis location was excellent but the booking agent had informed me there was a truck and enclosed trailer to rent. This was not the case and ended up with a small moving van to move a motorcycle. Considerably more difficult to load.

James HI have rented many Uhauls in the past and always had no issues. This time around the truck I rented was dirty. The outside of the 20’ truck was caked with mud and the inside drivers area had not been vacuumed or wiped down. I had to pick up the vehicle after hours do to scheduling on my end and though all the other trucks in the lot were sparklingly clean the one I was left with was filthy. I tried to take photos during my online inspection of vehicle but was only allowed to post one which ended up being the exterior. Surprisingly the back of the truck was clean which made my own clean up process that much easier. My driver also mentioned that the engine light kept going on and off which caused extra stress that wasn’t welcome as it was a 15 hour drive to final destination. We did make it incident free which I am truly grateful for. As stated earlier, I have never had a bad experience with previous Uhauls so will still recommend to others.
