U-haul has a terrible customer service. I couldn't walk in to the location and rent. I had to go online or phone in. Then it was all fucked. I paid online, then took the trailer. When I returned it, I was told nothing went through the day before and had to pay again. Now I'm watching my credit card closely. My rental agreement now says July 14 to 16 not the 13th that I actually rented the trailer. 3 guys was great. U-Haul, get better.

Lee BHad more fuel in truck when dropped off rhen what had when picked up and was charged for more fuel but other than that everything was great
