The Uhaul pickup part of their business is a very small part of it so it doesn't receive much priority but I was told how much time it would take. I was within the projected amount of time.

U-Haul's information on the pickup location was incorrect, they were scheduled to be closed, it was only a fortune bit of luck that they were open. Complex and finicky check-in system, not exactly a great system. Local pickup agency was great, however, friendly and helpful.

The truck smelled bad cow manure inside the driver and passenger cab. Not sure if this was previously rented to carry cows or farm equipment. a little clean scent or let breeze out the smell would make a good impression on the next renter. disappointed experience

The Driver to destination couldn't be with us to have his driver's licence added to the contract. We were given a number which we called to add it. A female told us there was no way to add him. I then asked to speak to the manager. I couldn't understand how we couldn't add him with all the technology we have. There had to be way. Finally the manager made that possible. I think there needs to be more dialogue around this . It was frustrating at the time as we had to make a timeline as well.

When I called in to reserve a specific size of equipment, it would have been nice to know that that size is not available in my area, because I was told the size I requested was available, but later that week, I was advised that my selection was not available and I was changed down in size. This made my move very stressful as I had to make multiple trips and each trip is 4 hours of driving. When I got to the pick up location, they told me that the requested size is never available, as they do not have equipment that large there.

The two gentlemen that were working at 3 Guys Truck Wash were having a terrible day (major equipment failure in building) and still took the time to make sure that we were well looked after. We appreciated the service that was given.

It was my first time using U haul. There a few issues:- 1) The office was super cold and the poor guy was shivering and was using personal heater, but this should not be used as an excuse for poor customer care skills. 2) He printed a contract to with hold the deposit for rental which included a trolly, I signed the contract. 3) we went to the truck, he gave me the key and asked me to turn the signals on and checked the brake lights and gave me the contract and ran into his office. ( Truck was super cold and snow on windshield obviously truck was not turned on in the morning) ( He did not match the milage on truck speedometer with the contract, when I checked the contract for the milage out (42219) it was different then what was on the truck (42254). I gave him a call right away about the milage discrepency but they still charged me 15miles extra. 3) I did a walk around and video recording about the truck condition by myself to cover my a** and checked the cargo but there was no trolly. So I went back into the office and asked for the trolly. 3) then the shop was closed for some emergency maintenance issues but no one informed me. When I want at the shop to return the truck at 2pm no body was there to guide me. 4) I spoke with customer care representative and she gave me very poor directions on how to return the truck and what should I do and she added no notes to my file. 5) I called again and a new customer care representative was very good in her job, I guess her name was Abny. She gave ne detailed instructions. 6) So extra milage charge after 4 phone calls, no trolly, no information on closing the shop for maintenance so overall very BAD experience. Thank you.

Im very disappointed with the service! I booked for 15ft truck and they give a heads up a day before the move.and they offered me cargo van instead. They offered me another location but too far from my place. Had no choice because i dont have time anymore. I had to go two trip just to finish the move. I wont recommend this to my friend. Please fulfill your promise to your clients after all you are nothing w/o us.

The employees at 3 guys truck wash were abrupt and rude to us we had originally had reserved a uhaul for noon the guy at 3 guys truck wash wouldn't accommodate us he said call uhaul and figure it out yourself uhaul forgot to call and notify me of the change uhaul did tell me that a fifty dollar credit would be applied to my credit card for the inconvenience

The young man was very patient and he helped me work through the issue of sending a photo of my driver's license in order to rent the trailer. As I have no data plan on my phone, and I was 3000 Km away from my email, I had no way of sending the required information. I had rented on two previous occasions within the past few months in Ontario where this process was not required. It would be helpful to let the customer know about your new policy prior to renting a trailer in another province. Thank you.

We reserved a tow dolly, went to second location and they didnt have it and to go back to the first location where we picked up the truck made us go over our mileage so I ended up having to pay extra.

I was charged an extra day even though the unit was returned on time when adjusted for the time zone difference. The dealer employee claimed to not know what the extra charge was for. The explanation was on my invoice when I was given my paperwork later. I was also asked by the rude employee to wait for him for 5 minutes on arrival. I actually had to wait for 15 minutes. Overall it was a negative experience with this dealer

The trailer smelt like rotten milk. Also the employee who was working lied about the lights working on the trailer. I was in the truck applying the brake and signal and he was behind the trailer checking if the lights were coming on. He said they were all good but I later learned the right brake light was out. He also had me send pictures of my drivers license to an unknown number because his computer wasnt working. Very unprofessional

I had a very upsetting and disappointing experience at 3 Guys Truck Wash while picking up my rental uhaul trailer. The employee helped me hook up the trailer to my vehicle and then proceeded to test the lights on the trailer while I sat in my vehicle and tried the signal lights, hazard lights, and brake lights. At first he said they were not working and then he moved around the electrical cord that was connecting the trailer to my vehicle. He told me the lights were working so I proceeded to drive away. I drove approximately 300kms and then decided to check the lights myself just in case. I found they were not working. Like I had seen him do, I moved around the cord. I found that the cord was in very poor condition and that part of it was actually broken and stuck in the plug in, in my car. I immediately drove to an auto parts store and purchased a new cord. The new cord did not change anything, the lights continued to not work. Long story short, I discovered that my hitch was not installed properly. Therefore, the lights never worked. Which I understand is not uhauls fault, but my own. However, I am extremely disappointed in this employee for lying to me. He sent a young woman on the highway for 1800kms with no lights on the trailer. In my opinion that's very unsafe and unethical. I hope in the future that everyone that rents a trailer from this location, double checks his work because he cannot be trusted and he put my life and other drivers' lives in danger when he lied to me.
