The only person available to help was the store clerk and she had a steady line of business. She had to ask someone else who isn’t an employee to move a truck so I could get mine out. She was very unsure of the software and tried to charge more than she was supposed to, and just seemed like maybe it was her first time doing it. Also upon returning it, I learned that the key chain that was attached to the key did not match the truck.

The Lady at the Uhaul Store, which was a grocery store, was unable to proocess our contract on line and told us we would have to go to another location to rent the 10 foot truck.. I told her she was the only location that had this truck.. she became difficult and started helping custormers in the store and ignoring me.. NOT ACCEPTABLE IN MY WORLD !! So I called Corporate in Gainesville and the lady there was outstanding. I put her on the phone with the lady at the store and she resolved the issue and when the lady handed my phone back with the key to the truck.. I thanked the lady from corporate very much for her time and patience in resolving the issue... Thank You Charles McCoy, CLS 305-684-5407

Not charge for being an hour or two late. I’ll go with another service next time. I’ve lost my husband, moving because I can’t afford to stay in my home and now charged for being a little late. I didn’t pickup the truck until after noon sometime to begin with…thanks!

Hours are WRONG Arrived at 6am the person didn't show up to open untill 7:20am and the place was a MESS

This convenience store is disgusting. Trash everywhere, equipment is parked next to stinking dumpsters.
