Dealer compromised my personal information, my credit card number exp date and security code, and all information on my drivers licence to someone without my permission without asking or informing over an unsecured voice line. I am livid. I was then double charged. When I tried to set the dealer to correct this charge I was told" I busy, I'll look into it". I would very much like someone at U-Haul to contact me to rectify this!Bill D.

We have rented from uhaul several times in the last 10 years. We have never had such a bad experience. The person we dealt with seemed like she hated her job. The belt on the uhaul started squeaking, we called to have it serviced and were told it would be a 2 and half hour wait. After that 2 and a half hour wait nobody showed up. Then we were told it would be another 2 and half hours before someone could get there that there was a mix up. We dropped our rental off a day early and were still charged and were also told we would be charged a cleaning fee after driving the truck for 10 days in snow and rain. We have always had very friendly people. We will look at other options the next time we need to rent a moving truck/van. We spent $1400 and had the worst experience ever.Ashley J.

I leased from Lakeside and they gave my equipment to someone else and I had to drive 50 miles one way out of my way and they only gave me a 25 mile credit. That didn't even cover the miles one way. Then I got harrassed by a uhaul in Phx on 24th ave and McDowell and they said i had to bring the truck to them but i dropped it at 51st ave and Northern. I dropped off the car dolly a day early. This was th worst experience ever and I will hire movers next time. It was a headache and not worth it.Never again.CAROLINE T.

The vernon dealer was very nice. Uhaul had already screwed up our reservation. We started the morning finding out the 26ft uhaul we originally rented was at a different dealer almost 50miles away. We call uhaul & they sent is to another dealer that only had a 20ft. That dealet wasnt even open!!! Called uhaul, got the same operater, who proceeded to ADMIT she hadn't checked if the 20ft dealer was open th!t day. The uhaul supervisor took over our call & sent us to a uhaul right by our house, but they only had a 15ft & small trailer. (The vernon dealer was soooo nice after such a horrible experience). After getting the truck & trailer it was late..and all of our things didnt fit...and we could not make 2 trips before the truck was due back....not to mention my disabled veteran husband had to go but a $30 half tonjack to be able to get the trailer off to load the truck. Totally unacceptable!!! Now our new place is finished and we still have to rent ANOTHER truck to move the stuff that didnt fit in the smaller truck. Thanks uhaul. This is why I will always use penske! I will drive futher & pay a little more for the great trucks and service at PENSKE!!!!Holly S.

When calling to reserve an item uhaul make sure they let the customer know the location of the item. I reserved at one location went to pick it up only to be sent to a different location.SCOT H.

The u haul is located at a personal resident and when you walk onto the porch the homes main door is there and when i knocked on the door a lady came and let me know in no certain words that that door was a personal residents and the u haul office was down at end of house. the u haul office was marked but not very well. she had a crummy attitude from start to end, The grounds was laid out poorly and she thought i should know where to put trailer. This is a pierce of property in a very rural area. She was having a bad day '' .Richard R.

I was very unhappy with the way I was treated. I was told one thing by someone and then another by someone else. The lady at 3D storage had a horrible attitude and was huffy and pissy while â€œhelpingâ€ me. She was rude when she called and asked why I had not returned her equipment even though I had called and explained both my medical emergency and the fact that due to weather the roads were closed. I will never use UHAUL or 3D storage again.Brittany R.

The rate we were given online during reservation did not come across to the location when picking up truck. It took a prolonged time and call to the main office to get the rate adjusted.Glen L.
My check-out experience was bad - it took about an hour before I was able to get on the road, and there was only one person ahead of me (and she was quick). My pick-up location was also changed which cost me an extra 45 minutes. I don't think either of these were the the location's fault, but it was a bad experience nonetheless.GREGORY L.

Wanted us to be early so they could make a doctors appointment for their newborn. I was asked to lift trailer onto truck by myself by the woman, plus she did not know how to attach safety chains- I had to install correctly after leaving.William H.
My issue was not with either location. My issue is that your corparate office called me and asked me to change the drop off location from Springerville, AZ to Vernon, AZ. That said they would give me a $40.00 credit for making the change. When at got to Vernon drop off location we contacted corp office and he said he would follow up on this.
