Make the process easier. I want to be able to call the location where I am picking up the vehicle. I don't want to have to be put through some phone questions and transferred through two or three people. I want to just be able to call and confirm with the location that I am driving across the state, and that I am going to be an hour later than planned. Not being able to do that was EXTREMELY annoying. At least in Baker City, I was able to call this location directly and speak with the person who works there.
