Check engine light in truck was on the entire trip and exterior was dirty. Interior was fine.

TRAVIS FStraight up had to decline a car hauler when the only one in the region was 77 miles over the Rockies. So uhaul wanted me to drive a 26ft truck over the Rockies, get a car hauler, drive back OVER the Rockies, pick up a car and then drive back OVER the Rockies. Come on you can do better.

ELMA FRepresentative was irritated with me from the first moment. They were not transparent in their operating the contract, unlike any other uhaul representative. He charged my card without my review of the contract while I was retrieving a car to transport. I wasn’t able to see that uhaul had overcharged me from the original quote by approximately $200. Any direct questions I tried to ask him about the contract he would not answer except with some pissed-off tone and obfuscating information. He made his error in not following protocol my fault: overcharging me and him changing the drop-off location that was already chosen at the time I set up reservation in uhaul app. He told me that I was going to help him setup the car dolly with him. He was the worst representative to deal with and helped to get us on the road an extra 1.5 late (this was added to my fault of taking 1 hour to get there initially and retrieving car, so my bad there). He wouldn’t look me in the eye when talking, was clandestine about what he was doing, and after him being an ass to me repeatedly I finally got angry with him because he wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and wouldn’t stop talking over me with his egotistical BS. Extremely unhelpful and incapable in getting a car dolly on a 26’ truck (quote: “back it up 2 inches…”)

KIM BLocation wasn’t open when I dropped off on Sunday. Before I even arrived there, I received a text requesting me to tell them when I would be turning in my equipment because another family in the area needed it even though I had it reserved for the remainder of the day.

DEBRA BIt’s sometimes confusing where to check in for rentals and returns due to the other businesses in the same building. The U-Haul office is however labeled as such among some chaos with other businesses (rafting and jeep tours). When I took the time to study the building and signage, all was good! 😊

SHELL BWe didn't have contact with anyone st the store. It was closed when we got there. We used the self check in app which wasn't the easiest and got no confirmation back the next day from the that everything was pk and thay received the trailor.

Amoreena LGeorge the customer rep was hostile and extremely unpleasant. I had to wait for him in the office for pickup for an extended period of time. He was rude and deeply unpleasant upon return and did not provide instruction or even a printed copy of the contract. I will NOT be using this location again die to him specifically.
Andrew TThe customer service agent that helped us was condescending. We rented a 26 foot truck and per the recommendation of the movers that helped us load, we requested at least 48 moving blankets. He said "What, most people get 6!!". I am thinking are you serious? A 26 foot truck moving nice furniture and you expect me to get by with 6 blankets?? He kept complaining over and over and arguing about it. Totally unprofessional. Then he complained that I was 40 minutes late and didn't pick up the phone when they called. I told him I was driving to the location and wasn't able to pick up my phone and he kept on about how I needed to answer my phone. I told him I had tried to call the location for 3 days and could never get anyone to answer their phone. He also snapped at my friend because he raised the door on the truck to look inside. The whole time we were there he was just unbelievably rude and condescending.

JEFFERY WHonor your reservations! Don’t pull a bait and switch. I made a reservation and two days before I get an email saying that my rental was not available at location I reserved and I would have to drive 45 min to pick up. Also the price went up over $200. I felt like I was scammed!!
