My complaint here is that we returned the truck with exactly or more than the gas that was on the gas gauge when we picked it up and they still charged us $17.32. We took a picture of the gas gauge before we left, and that was still not honored… Supposedly due to Uhaul‘s rules. I would give a better rating for this in general if that could be reimbursed. Thank you.
