I was lucky I returned a day earlier and there was someone to check me in. Very pleasant and helpful. It could be tough if you had to return online as people like a live person to interact with.

Matt BI reserved a 15’ truck for moving over the weekend. Zero stars because I showed up Sunday to get my reserved truck and there were no keys in the lock boxes. How unfortunate and unprofessional. I had to drive 50 miles round trip out of my way to get another truck.
