The guy who rented us the U-Haul was rude, and when we had questions he was dismissive and rude, irritated not mention he was riding a motorized skate board and we had to wait to ask questions about damage to the truck. He replied U-Haul only cares if you wreck the top of the truck. What a loser employee. Unprofessional.
