Timothy KThe employee who received the truck chastised me for not leaving the fuel tank above the requested fill level. Said that I should "think about the next person" and that I should have left it "a tick above the tick" on the fuel level. Said he will pass on the 2 bucks I saved to the next person. First off, the fuel gauge makes it very hard to specifically fill to 9/16 of a tank. Secondly, the fuel tanks holds 60 gallons For this employee to act like I skimped on filling up the gas tank to save 2 dollars when in reality it would have taken another 3-4 gallons is ridiculous.
RICHARD CI switched from another U-Haul location in town several years ago, and this location has been great. The other location was awful for many reasons.
RICHARD FTake the trailer I rented out of service. The floor was warped and bubbled up. The door would not roll up straight and get wedged. The outside looked like it had been through a tornado. Any trailer this size needs to have a tongue jack.

Julie BRented the truck to another person before I had the truck their city then harassed me about getting it returned. Threatened to call the police on me because I was stuck in a remote location with no cell service and needed to call a tow truck. Harassing me so much I forgot to fill the tank with gas. Overall an experience that will force me to not use Uhaul again and I’ve used you 15 times at least. From now on I’ll use Budget, I used them the last 2 times out of necessity and I don’t see why I’ll ever use uhaul again after this experience.

SETH SThey wouldn’t let me extend the rental of the truck without showing up to the location every two days.The guys that work there are very rude.The lady that helped me was very nice and apologetic. If an establishment rents out equipment they shouldn’t make a customer feel bad for wanting to extend a rental.Furthermore if u haul offers extensions on the app it should not matter where I got the truck from or what their internal policy is.They told me I gamed the system somehow by extending the rental on the app. The app that I downloaded in order to check out the truck and the app that offers extension of the rental?! My credit card info was on the app.Dont understand what their issue is.
ERIC DThe truck I received didn’t drive well. The front end was starting to shake when you hit 60mph and the rpms went way to high when I was driving down hill. I notified roadside assistance and the tech when I dropped it off. This was not a good experience

MARK WI would strip this location of Uhaul. If this is the type of people that represent U-Haul, I will not visit this location again and recommend that no one else does.

KEVIN OAllow for more than one phone number to be used for pick-up and check in. It was difficult to get the locked key when the phone used to make the reservation is different from the person that will be driving it. And only use text messages and not emails. Some people do not have their email on their phones.
Travis WThis was absolutely absorbed. Your website quoted me under 50 dollars to rent the van for 2 full days. Taxes and fees were mentioned but there is no reason why they can't be accurately added to the price. I ended up paying 77 dollars for 24 hours. I'm so tired of being ripped off by every single company i do business with. If I can help it, I will never use your company again. All that being said the people working that location were friendly and worked with me to bring the price down as much as they could. Had I known it would be so expensive and I would have such a limited amount of time to use the vehicle, I would have carried my stuff on my back.

Anthony MI made a reservation for a trailer and when I got there I explained that my drivers license was expired and that I had renewed it on line. The guy there got a real pissy attitude and basically gave me a hard time. I showed him the emails from the State proving that the license was renewed. Because of his attitude, I'll never go in that place again and will tell anyone going in there about it. Grrrrrr

DAVID CFix the cruise control. Buttons were stuck when we picked up the van. Had to dribble ovrr1500 miles with out cruise control is not what was expected when I rented the vehicle. Should be in well working order. Was not told that cc was not functional.

DELISHA JThe 24/7 drop off process was a nightmare. The app wasn’t working and we spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone truing to return the truck. The locations itself was convenient and the customer service person was great just very frustrating process that was supposed to be 15 minutes.

TRAVIS FStraight up had to decline a car hauler when the only one in the region was 77 miles over the Rockies. So uhaul wanted me to drive a 26ft truck over the Rockies, get a car hauler, drive back OVER the Rockies, pick up a car and then drive back OVER the Rockies. Come on you can do better.

ELMA FRepresentative was irritated with me from the first moment. They were not transparent in their operating the contract, unlike any other uhaul representative. He charged my card without my review of the contract while I was retrieving a car to transport. I wasn’t able to see that uhaul had overcharged me from the original quote by approximately $200. Any direct questions I tried to ask him about the contract he would not answer except with some pissed-off tone and obfuscating information. He made his error in not following protocol my fault: overcharging me and him changing the drop-off location that was already chosen at the time I set up reservation in uhaul app. He told me that I was going to help him setup the car dolly with him. He was the worst representative to deal with and helped to get us on the road an extra 1.5 late (this was added to my fault of taking 1 hour to get there initially and retrieving car, so my bad there). He wouldn’t look me in the eye when talking, was clandestine about what he was doing, and after him being an ass to me repeatedly I finally got angry with him because he wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and wouldn’t stop talking over me with his egotistical BS. Extremely unhelpful and incapable in getting a car dolly on a 26’ truck (quote: “back it up 2 inches…”)

KIM BLocation wasn’t open when I dropped off on Sunday. Before I even arrived there, I received a text requesting me to tell them when I would be turning in my equipment because another family in the area needed it even though I had it reserved for the remainder of the day.
