There was trash underneath the seat (mask), during COVID times, that's completely unacceptable. Also, I had reserved dollies (2 utility, 1 furniture) and a dozen moving blankets; NONE of this was available. I was told that it was first come first serve. The fact that I reserved them online is ridiculous. I was forced to BUY dollies and furniture pads and now I am out $150. This makes me never want to use UHaul again. Also, the trailer I rented did NOT have the proper safety requirements (rubber chain holders) and the tire ratchet attachment was loose and kept slipping positions on the trailer so the strap would come off of the tire. The chains and strap continuously fell off. This is extremely dangerous.Matthew B.

When i originally made the reservation I was not told vital information about when to return the Uhaul, and I was charged hidden fees I was completely unaware of. After-hours drop. The business has no off-street parking available for U-haul vehicles. I called during business hours and the person was very helpful, told us to park on the street where we could find a space and drop the keys in a locked box. So far so good... But there is very little on-street parking available. The business is on a busy street, with a residential neighborhood on the side streets...streets there are very narrow and very steep. It took us a while to find a spot on the main street where we could park the truck. Parallel parking a 10' box truck is possible (I had a helper outside) but it would be a challenge to even find a spot for anything larger let alone park it. Use this location if you must but if you can find one that is nearby with better parking arrangements for the vehicle, seriously consider driving a few more miles.Reed K.

I didn't even get to pIck up the truck. The place was closed even though it's supposed to be open. Completely ruined my plans. What didn't help is that it happened the day before as well. U-Haul did nothing to compensate or make my life easier. Extremely disappointed. Will never rent again.Eric Z.

Trailer was dirty with broken dry wall and the side marker light was broken. The location was changed on me and the equipment was not ready even though I was late by 4 hours.Michael N.
I just received my invoice over a week later and it is completely inflated. I should not have to pay over $100. For a van for 4 hours of time that was left on empty when o received it and o even left about 1/4 of a tank. I was called twice regarding the rental asking when o was going to return it. I told the woman that I did the same day. Is this why I am being charged? Because someone lost track of the van the I had returned and to the exact same place where I picked it up and with the same Latin male o picked it up with. My experience was awful. First it was the highest I ever paid for a car dolly $60 wow normally $45- $50. Then there was no plug for trailer hitch. When I went to return it the guy answer the phone when I got there no one was there had to wait 1 hour till he pulled back up very unprofessionalkirk S.

If I would if read reviews for this place before hand I would of never gone here. Graffiti on the trucks .. engine parts inside the trucks, furniture I had to discard on my own dime. Make sure you inspect the truck before you accept and sign anything at this location. According to reviews on this location they tend not to be able to find the keys to the truck you reserved...that I found suspicious. . Was I scammed? Hmm 360 bucks after gas for a truck rental of 2 days? 260 for the 10ft truck with 100miles 40 for the extra mileage/insurance and 60 for gas. My extra mileage came from the extra trip I had to make because I couldn't fit my stuff on the smaller truck.FRANCISCO A.

I scheduled for 15ft truck but I couldnt have it because I was late for 20 minutes. So they offer me 10ft truck witch is too small for my moving day. Until the time I understood because I was late for 20 minutes. When i left the location they had about 4of 15 ft trucks left for other customers. however the my worst exprience with this uhal guys start when I pass by the location during moving time, they had 2of 15ft truck left at there packing lot. And I have to use 10ft truck. Because oF 10ft truck I have to use 2 time to finish my moving. So my mielige was double to make.also I paid 29.99 for 10ft truck. They didn't even give me 10daller credit for changing smaller truck. This was my first time worst experience with uhal. If it is possible I really want toget full refundSung K.

I have to say while being able to drop off was nice, the vehicle came to me filthy inside and out. They called and gave me the wrong final total, then I check my email and the statement is over $30 higher. I called confused and they made me feel like they did me a favor and I was being difficult. They are a bit aggressive, I get it dealing with customers and what not is taxing, but I had a valid question, it wasn't like I was being charged $5 over. I wanted to make sure what was going on. Plus the vehicle kept telling me on the panel needs oil change, that affects mileage, I also had papers attached to the key ring and upon further inspection saw that at the bottom in red it said NOT CUSTOMER READY DO NOT RENT. Im not sure if that was supposed to be taken off or what.DAWN S.
