The truck we rented had three holes in the top, one of the straps for the tow dolly was broken, and the plastic guard around the tire of the dolly was falling off. I’m confused how any of this is considered okay to rent. The U-Haul website was down and they attempted to charge the wrong credit card multiple times which led to our pickup taking 2 hours. Two days before my pickup, I received a call from U-Haul telling me that the reservation for my equipment that I had made over a month ago, was no longer available at my pickup spot. The only other location was 41 miles away, making the pickup almost 2 hours in transportation.

the truck died in the middle of moving so we had to charge the batteries, it wasnt clean inside. First time I rent uhaul and they did not specifically mention additional charge. Like I don't understand what is per dozen in the charge. We return the truck the same day I rent it.
LIZA Tthe providing location conducted a bait and switch, I wanted an auto transport like the one i rented pulling my son's car to Cobleskill NY. I conveyed this to STARS rep many times, instead I was provided a toy hauler too heavy for my towing needs and overpriced. STARS wanted to do all the paperwork over the phone as STARS people were not present at 4 pm pickup, also they hidden the trailer in the dark covered in the snow and had me hook it up. by the time I realized I had the wrong trailer the shop was closed. I was on schedule to get back to Pensacola, FL. I was defrauded by stars with the wrong trailer, over charged and I will file compliant with the DEPT of Transportation about wrong trailer size provided by U-Haul that was not compatible with my truck. The picture in the app looks to similar to the auto transport. this was a case of bait and switch by STARS

CYNTHIA HI called prior to make sure if we dropped off the U-Haul after they closed I had instructions. We wound up dropping it off at 4:30 the sign said open I had to call to have somebody come in from another side of the building to take care of us. The process is slightly delayed as he was on another call for a broke down truck.
