Contrary to what it is registered as, this location is not at the 5 Rivers Convenience as that store no longer exists. This location is run out of the Camrose Motel and is definitely not a place I would recommend anyone visit. There was a large group of men (15+) drinking in the parking lot less than 50 feet away from the U-Haul units (of which there were only 3). The motel itself is run down, you can see into what appears to be the owner’s living room from the front desk, and the man working the front did not know how to complete the paperwork to sign out the U-Haul. When I had reserved my unit online I had opted in to the basic insurance plan but it did not end up being included in my final contract. As a woman by herself this location did not feel safe to be at alone and I would not use this establishment again nor would I recommend this place to anyone else. At the very least this location needs to be updated to say it is at the Camrose Motel and not the 5 Rivers Convenience.

Keep the reservation! There is literally a whole comedy skit on Seinfeld about taking the reservation but not keeping the reservation.

Owner was extremely rude, demanded I return equipment to his location despite it being a one way truck.

The people there had no idea what was going on.It was not properly labeled, and it was a very painful process to pick up the truck

The clasp to accompany the hitch attachment was broken but we were already frustrated with the sign in process as a young kid was there at check in and was struggling with the paperwork. When the clerk arrived he was helpful.

Return was at a tiny little motel. With very little to no parking, or accessibility for anyone who is inexperienced in backing up one of these vehicles to park a vehicle.

Very pleased with the condition of the 10' cube-truck I rented. Vehicle is light enough to have good torque and speed to bust around town (loaded up or not), and it had more than enough space to move some items from Camrose to Tofield (about a studio-suite's worth of furniture and boxes)- Sam and family was kind and friendly. Consistent with my previous experiences with Acosta out at Legacy Junction. Will use again. SET-UP AN ONLINE ACCOUNT AND USE THE APP- IT WILL SAVE YOU TIME AT CHECK-IN. But you will need to access the key in person. I am happy I didn't use a trailer or the 26'- I think that people would benefit from having more 10' trucks in the area, especially since there is a University campus here in Camrose. I do recommend purchasing the collision waiver- a truck like this is probably considered a commercial vehicle and for the cost I wouldn't chance the assumption that your insurance policy covering 'non-owned autos-SEF 27' would apply here. It was like $16/day with a much smaller deductible than your common policy deductible. Thanks Sam.

Double booked my rental. He called repeatedly trying to rush me to return it. Trailer brakes didn’t work at all.

They never checked in my trailer rental. Found myself online and on the phone getting it sorted a week and a half later.

I had the most awful experience ever!!! This is not even a uhaul dealership. 100% unprofessional. I got a complete run around "because their 3 parking spots were full" was the excuse. Tried to make me return to different locations farther away.
