Wouldn't recommend uhaul in general. Worst experience I've ever had with any company in my entire life. This place specifically has a terrible set up. It's a one way street, you have to go down it to the "front door" which is a block away from where the trucks are parked for the app to recognize you're there. Then you have to go to the trucks by going back onto the street and circling around to go back into the plaza to check the truck number. Then you have to drive back to the front door to get the key. Then again, back to the street to circle around to get to the trucks again 😐 there was also broken glass in my truck cabin and the bed wasn't cleaned.
