Do not rent equipment from this location, they do not have trained staff and were not able to process the rental contract. It took me over an hour and a half to complete my business and leave with the equipment after the clerk contacted U-Haul customer service. They were not able to hook up the equipment. The customer had to hook up the equipment and take the pictures for the contract. Upon returning the equipment, I could not get receipt of the contract being closed. Eventually, I received an email 20 minutes after my return of the equipment. I will not use this location ever again. Tires were good but the rachet straps were almost inoperable because of rust.
