the truck i got had cigarette ash in the cab. the key to the truck was in the wrong location and it took me almost 2 hours to get the truck. I was supposed to get a credit for the late truck and being given the wrong type of dolly. Neither of those things happened.

WILLIE DI was over charged! I put more gas in it than what was in it. I only went 16 miles. Only had the truck for 2 hours. I was charged $36.13 and $74.14!!!! Why?!?!?! Only received a receipt for the 36.13. I will contact my bank for fraudulent charges. I will never use Uhaul again.
