The vehicle’s battery was almost dead when I got it. After starting it after my first stop I had to leave the U-Haul running during loading because the battery didn’t have enough charge left in it to start again.

The Uhaul truck was filthy inside and outside. Windshield wipers were broken, trash left behind. Changed my pickup location which was very inconvenient. Ordered a 20 foot truck and was stuck with a 26foot truck. Which was unnecessary and gas was more. Very unhappy with the communication and not getting what I asked for. They personnel at pickup was friendly and helpful but since not working for Uhaul couldn’t help.
