The vehicle’s battery was almost dead when I got it. After starting it after my first stop I had to leave the U-Haul running during loading because the battery didn’t have enough charge left in it to start again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe Uhaul truck was filthy inside and outside. Windshield wipers were broken, trash left behind. Changed my pickup location which was very inconvenient. Ordered a 20 foot truck and was stuck with a 26foot truck. Which was unnecessary and gas was more. Very unhappy with the communication and not getting what I asked for. They personnel at pickup was friendly and helpful but since not working for Uhaul couldn’t help.
Pareesa RStaff was very helpful and friendly. The location is a bit difficult to park a large truck as it is a gas station and car wash.
