More equipment would be nice we ordered 26'got a 20' we had to borrow another trailer not good and no moving blankets, truck worked well had no issues just didn't need that stress on moving day.

J-GEORGE HWhen I went to drop off the trailer, I asked how I was going to lift it off he said, “ just lift the leaver and lift it up”. I was not strong enough to lift the 6x12 trailer tongue off my suv. HE DID NOT HELP AT ALL. No lift bar nothing. I had to chalk the tires with wood we found, went to the business next door to get a cement block to put under the tongue and release the hitch from my car and pull forward so it pulled out of the car and than removed my hitch from the trailer. What the heck is wrong with this location? They need to do better, I would have gotten hurt if I would have tried to lift that!
LISA CTruck was gross it had chickpeas and spices all over the truck and half empty water bottles in the cab .when we told the person at 611 they handed my husband a boom to clean it.
JAMES DThey over charged, then did not make it clear with the total amount due. We had the truck for only 4 hours and put less than 20 kms on it. Now I have to wait to get internet connected before I can see my credit card statement.

SHEEHAN CAlthough the van was dirty and clearly needed a vacuum the service was excellent. Appreciated how easy the process was and how the rep handled the process. Great service always outshines minor issues and this case it was the interior of the van that was not clean.
JUDITH BDisappointed with UHaul (not this dealer specifically). The lack of trailer selection along with availability in North Bay Ontario is below average. This is the third time I could not get the size I needed with was a 6x12, having to settle for renting a 4x8, or 5x8. There is massive selection in other towns and its very disappointing to see that North Bay cant even get 1, to keep for In town use (return to same location) option for customers locally. The availability shortage in North Bay needs to be rectified.
RICHARD SEverything went well. Just one thing if you could update your dealership map on were they are. Work out for me I found a dealer ship close to were I was to be able to drop the trailer. But on your map it showed the close place was going to put me out 2 hours to drop the trailer. Thanks neil
NEIL SSuch a horrible experience. Communication between head office and the rep was terrible. Promotion given by head office were questioned at the dealership. The wait was over 1hr. After we just completed a 8 hrs move. Horrible Horrible experience.

Brenda RThey were rude and unhelpful, and threatened to call the cops on me for theft when I asked if there was any way to change the drop off location. This entire experience took nearly 10 hours when it should have taken three or four at most. I will probably never use U-Haul again.

JACQUELINE MHere's a strong and clear review you can post about your U-Haul experience: Unfair and Dishonest. I had a disappointing experience with U-Haul regarding their fuel policy. When I picked up the vehicle, I took a **photo of the fuel level** as proof. I returned it with the same amount of fuel, yet I was still charged for refueling. They claimed I should have reported the fuel level before leaving, but this was never communicated to me,They marked the fuel level on a printed paper but never mentioned that I needed to manually compare it. This feels like a dishonest way to overcharge customer despite having clear evidence. This experience was frustrating, and I urge future customers to document everything and demand confirmation from staff before leaving the lot. U-Haul needs to improve its transparency and fairness in handling such issues. Expecting Reimbursement from U-haul
NITHIN KChecking in and back out was fast and pleasurable. The lady at the counter made it a seamless experience and we definitely will be back there when we need to rent a vehicle.
DONALD CThe cargo van worked fine. Winter road conditions (at time of rental) were okay for a vehicle not equipped with with winter tires, however, the vehicle may have some issues during warmer/wetter/ slippery late winter conditions.

MARIE MAgain we drove past another location, 5 minutes down the road from our daughters house, to the far side of north bay? The location was dark, snow had not been removed from the front of the empty “convienence” store. The trailer had to be dropped off behind the building with the only accessed down a very narrow driveway to again an unkept yard that did not have the snow removed.

Luc COn the model I had, you couldn’t enter in from the drivers side. Key wouldn’t unlock door, had to go into passenger side to access uhall. Also the steering wheeling isn’t on properly so when you drive the steering wheel is completely side ways instead of straight when driving straight. The truck sounds rough but other than that there was no issues with the uhall, clean inside, gas tank and mileage was where is stated when collected. Good customer services when picking up and dropping off.
Josee SCustomer service Rep guy was rude, didn't understand alot of things , told me to go get truck and trailer, he didn't check anything except trailer hitch connection. Didn't supply trailer hitch, refused to rent a hitch to me, told me I had to buy one for $50. Refused to help me lift 12*6 trailer to hitch up to truck. Wasted 1 hr of my time. Had to call Uhaul and dictrict manager who never resolved anything. Drop off was fine. But I took my hitch back and left truck and trailer for them to deal with it. Uhaul service has gotten crappy year after year and it has been 30 years of history maybe 8-10 rentals. Your location reps don't care about your customers or your equipment. No windshield washer fluid, no snow or ice scraper. Not likely will i ever rent from Uhaul ever again
GRAHAM MI realize this was my own fault however, this is what I am wondering. I had an order arranged and advanced the pickup by 2 hours, but forgot to move the drop off time ahead as well. So when I picked up my order spanned 2 days or 14 hours. Can you add a pop up box when moving one time to confirm that I don't want to move the second time as the order now spans 2 day instead of just one. Thanks for your consideration.

ALEJANDRO EYou're asking me to rate the pick-up location at 512 Lakeshore Drive, which was excellent. What you should really be asking is how was the on-line service that u-haul provided, which was below poor. This is the second time I've booked a u-haul truck in North Bay on or just off Hwy 11 (at a convenient location for me). Both times I reserved the trucks more than a month in advance. Both times I received a call less than 24 hours before picking up the truck and was told the truck is not available at the locations I selected. Both times I was redirected to the 512 Lakeshore location and was forced to rent a much larger 26 ft truck when I needed a 20 ft. The cost of gas cost was unbelievable. I was given a $30 credit which was not even 10% of the cost. Either someone is getting paid off to redirect customers to this location or this is the worst business model and customer service that I have ever experience. Going forward I will only rent trucks from Enterprise never again will I rent from u-haul. They have NO respect for their customers!

STEVEN VWhen I tried to extend it for a day instead of charging me the same as the original fee which was $33 you guys charged me times two and charged me $65 something absolutely ridiculous. I’ve used U-Haul a lot, and I’ve never been robbed blindly like this before.
Benjamin HBooked a 10 ft truck, and than I was contacted by U-Haul that it was no longer available but they would give me 15 ft truck for the same price as the 10 ft truck. Although I was still charged the rate for a 15 ft truck

Stephen RI needed a trailer to transport an ATV. But they gave me a trailer with a low tailboard. I had to look for boards to get the ATV on. It's too bad the website doesn't have an option to choose which trailer I need.
Oleksandr STruck was terrible to drive.need to upgrade. 87000+ miles!. Thankfully it was a short in town move. I can't imagine having to do a long trip in it. Noisy!
BRIAN MDropped the truck off last night at 8 pm. They call at 8 pm tonight asking when I was gonna return it. Never looked in the drop box for the key or looked to see it parked in there lot. Idiots

BONIT BI was disappointed to find, after reserving a furniture dolly, that Uhaul could not provide one. Clearly sometimes ancillary equipment like dollies/blankets etc will be important to a move - just having a truck isn’t good enough. Pretty poor business, Uhaul- I’ll look at other renters next time

RICHARD TIf you don’t have equipment available it would be nice to know in advance. I booked a 26’ foot truck and had a 20’ confirmed the day before. The equipment changed cost me more than $200 to pay movers for the extra time.
DAVID Monly thing I didn't like about it it was a gas guslherbut other den dat was good ty again and could be lower if have it for 5 days or more ... and maybe more trucks or add cars
