They charged me $16 for extra gas when I left it exactly where I got it. I had pictures to prove it.

Danisha MWhen arrived, it took about 30 minutes until I got permission from the person who runs the U-Haul equipment to proceed with my pickup. He wasn't on site. The clerk at the gas station had to call him and it took a very long time before I was able to hook up and go. Also pre-paid for furniture pads which they didn't have. Now need to call U-Haul to request a reimbursement.
