Definitely never rent from this scammer, stay away from this thief. You would think supporting small business was a good idea, but this guy has literally zero ethics and moral, rounding up mileage, charging for pads, utility dolly that wasn't even there. Worse part contact them and they are never available.

This location was closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday! I had to leave the rental on property the night prior to being due back and this person decided to charge me the next morning for another day? They do Not answer there phones they screen their calls. I have called to dispute this charge and I have still not heard back from this individual. If I am NOT credited back for this illegal charge I will be contacting my attorney today!

I made a reservation for my truck online, however, I did not realize I was signing up for uhaul share. Nothing was mentioned in my reservation confirmation text or email I promptly received, so I did not know to expect a closed down looking Uhaul lot. The truck we were supposed to get keys for had an ad in the window, so we did not think that was an available truck. Needless to say, it was a very inconvenient experience that took about an hour to figure out and get the keys when it should have taken 5 minutes. Not great communication on Uhaul's end. Signage at this location needs to be more explicable and obvious to patrons.

Brock at this location was awesome. There was some confusion with my reservation and he helped clear it up by explaining options for charges with one way vs. in town rental. He was efficient and personable and he made the truck renting experience much easier and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this location for that alone.

The drop off location was very far from our new home. We put that our home location was 80027 and they assigned the drop off location in lakeway which was 45 min away. I didn't realize this until we were there so it would have been nice to have been assigned a closer drop off location. That being said, the guy who checked me in was VERY nice.

Make it stand out just a little more, the big car wash sign next to the truck threw me off briefly, Loved the convenience of mobile check in!!!

Identity verification should be done as the reservation is being made, not while I'm standing around in the lot in the hot sun. No employees present at location for customer support. Center was locked and marked "closed" despite signs saying open 8-12. Very poor communication. The app itself is a nightmare because it kept kicking me out several times. I had to start over several times which was very time consuming and tedious. There is no 1800 number to call for help. This experience was stressful and I can't give a good recommendation.

The app wouldn't work to pick up my truck - when I clicked on “pick up my truck”, it would say “your reservation is already a 24/7 pick up” And reroute me back to my account dashboard, with occasional error messages thrown in. It then took 30 minutes to get through to customer service, only to get transferred around a couple times. Luckily in that time we finally managed to get it to work on my boyfriend's phone, but he wasn't supposed to be with me to collect the truck so it's lucky that I dragged him along! By the time the app worked, we were so frustrated with the phone lines and the app that we were really only still holding to cancel, and just hung up without actually being assisted. Once the app worked, the system was pretty good and it's theoretically a smart way to make trucks available 24/7. The dolly was not supplied, I assume because the location was already unstaffed when I placed the order. Totally makes sense except that when I made my reservation, I made a point of using the live chat to confirm with a U-Haul rep that it would be possible and easy to rent a truck and dolly even though the location was not staffed, specifically mentioning that I was in a hurry and had only a short window to collect the truck. The online rep just kept saying basically “yeah you just use an app, there's a lockbox” and when I said “ok” they ended the chat, just assuming everything was clarified. And sure enough - the app was NOT easy, it took way too long, and my dolly was missing. On the upside, the second live chat lady was extremely efficient about making a note not to charge me for the dolly and I received my refund with no issues so that was great. Overall, just to avoid stress, I will try not to use the online system in the future, I'll still try to use a human in a store if possible.

Was told I could drop it off in the morning since it hadnt been rented ouT instead of dropping off at 10pm. I dropped it off at 8am and was hit with an additional $50 fee when the uhaul trailer is only $30 to rent for a day

Did not have my truck, my pads or anything else i reserved. charged me extra to use the "larger truck" on the lot. which was the only truck available. unprepared owner. a pretty miserable uhaul experiance

They were more worried about making pretzels than helping us....weird combo business. He was abrupt, in a hurry, and pissed that I didn't know the details of the reservation (location of drop off, etc)....thought that was why we made a reservation??????

We had a bit of a billing problem/confusion. It was easily solved with a phone call and an email. Just make sure that you have a new phone if you do the online reservation. I sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half trying to get my phone to tell Uhaul my location! Ha! But my son's phone worked, so that was the only hard part. The location is amazing, right across the street from the fire station, close to a gas station, everything was great. I really appreciate it. Thanks! A+
