Not much really from your part. The U-Haul software was causing problems when I was first picking up the trailer but I do t see that as this location problem as I rent these often and about half of the time run into the same issues. The staff I worked with were great. Brad hooked me up super quick. The beautifully tattooed woman that got the paperwork squared away was fantastic.MATTHEW G.

The boxes had been bolted shut. The bolts were stripped. And of course my tools were inside. So not stripping bolts or bolting might have been easier for me.

The digital pickup didn't work. Had to call customer service. Waiting time 25 min. Another 30 minutes on the phone to get to the key. The lock number 3 was super hard to open. I lost one hour of my rental timeUte M.

I will never us uhaul again. I was charged an extra 300.00 for dropping off at the wrong location and they did not give a location to drop off at. Then when i tried to call they never answered and and trying to get my money was impossible. I was told I would get a call from a manager. that didn't happen as well. trying to get though on the chat is stupid. If you don't stay on the chat they will drop it after 30 seconds and you have to go though the wait all over again. the call back was a joke. I setup a call back and then waited for 45 mins on hold after they called me. I will pay the little extra for a different company there ever deal with this company again.jaimey C.
I was under the impression that the boxes would be delivered on a flatbed truck with a forklift. Instead, they were delivered on single and double trailers. The unload help that I hired had to make two trips to get them unloaded. Other than that, the boxes worked out well. Clayton in Helena and Danny in Joplin were very helpful.Gregory C.

Cleanest U-Haul Location we've ever rented from and we've rented a lot of trucks. Check in kept messing up and the website wasn't allowing me to check in online the page kept saying error when I clicked the check in link.Latoya N.

No one told me that the store would be closed and that I needed to download the app to be able to access everything. I had to call around to figure out what was happening and had to stay on a call with several customer service reps for long periods of time. All that needed to happen was for me to get an email or for the human I talked with over the phone to confirm my time for pickup to tell me that I would only have access through the app and that I should download it beforehand.Alexis T.

My UHaul box arrived, on approximately 30 minutes notice, with the interior and some of my contents, wet and moldy. There were cracks in the UHaul box that apparently allowed water to come in. An insurance claim is being lodged. You need to provide more pro-active notice as to when the box will be arriving on delivery day. I had to contact UHaul repeatedly to find out when the delivery would occur and each time I was told that I would be called back I wasn't. Your customer service needs work.Jessica N.
