I don't know who dropped the ball but I love getting an email saying I didn't drop off the trailer, when I dropped it off a day early. I did not steal your trailer and that's the way I felt after your email

Personnel could have tried to help locate a trailer when they didn't have one to rent.
KRISTY PThe U-Haul portion of this location was not important. I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get the trailer I reserved. Had to wait the same amount of time or more to get it dropped off. This is a location I will not be visiting in the future.
