Showed up at this address right at 10am when the store opened in order to get a quick start. I had plans lined up and movers ready to help at a certain location, so I wanted to be on my way quickly. The convenience store however was locked. I called the convenience store phone number, no answer. 15 minutes go by with no one unlocking the store or answering their phone. I call kal tire, and they say that the employee to the convenience store apparently called in sick. I respectfully asked if I could get some sort of small discount for the inconvenience. Kal tire told me that I had to wait at least 30 minutes for them to even consider that. So I wait and finally an employee to the store shows up at 10:22. However when I go in, this employee takes forever to log onto the computer. I ask him what the hold up is, and he says the systems are down. Takes him 10-15 minutes to get it working before he even asks for my information. He was a nice guy and obviously was doing his best, but it just took a while. I didn’t leave the store until 10:45. I know that this isn’t directly U-hauls fault, I just wish they would take a bit more initiative and care with their 3rd party partners that do the neighborhood drop offs. Or they could have given me a very small discount to show that I’m a valued customer and they are sorry for the inconvenience. So anyway, If you want to wait 45 minutes to get your truck, then this is a great place to go. Otherwise, go to an actual U-haul location and avoid these 3rd party places.

Steering on truck felt loose/dangerous on highway. Loose potato chips on floor of truck cabin, hadn't been swept from previous renters.

As we didn’t get the uhaul from preferred location- it collapsed all our plans and made end up using additional 2 hours and more miles to cover. Even though UhAul gave a $10 discount, it wasn’t worth- if please reconsider the bill and adjust something towards our usage
