Manager/worker didn’t seem to have any prior knowledge or record of reservation. Had to provide info all over again, including trying to include insurance even though had explicitly selected no. Recommend having manager/uhaul rep on site around time of reservation to assist.

Michael TThis is a very small gas station that has 2 trucks available. It seems like they don’t get them rented often, so the person working the counter did not know how to handle pickup. Took about 30 minutes of time on the phone with the store manager and u-haul rep to figure out how to get the keys, which were still sitting in the return slot. The car truck itself was in good shape, but barely at a quarter tank. If you are in a bind and need a truck, this would be fine, but wouldn’t recommend otherwise.
SPENCER BPoor signage, absolutely no help when I got there. I had to unhook the trailer myself--"just leave it over by that lightpole." honestly I wasn't entirely sure he even noticed when I left.
