Excellent service
Jill SweetBecause I was desperate and this was the last truck in the entire 50 mile radius of New Orleans, I got it before it could be cleaned, so no points off for that, please. It was a long way to go for a truck, so i can’t rate the LOCATION good. I would recommend U HAUL any day. I am grateful that I could get a good truck for a fair price and everyone, including the manager in Raceland, bent over backwards for me.

Kevin CheramieMy Honda Pilot was strapped down by the area manager who claimed to be an expert after 18 years. One chain was not hooked to my car and both straps came off as discovered during my trip. This was after light issues. The Tow/Haul didn’t work and there was mud in the tow plug. Also truck issues. Had to wait for lighting to be “fixed”, wrench light came on, and also the check engine light. Left so late I had to spend money on an unplanned hotel room and total trip was delayed by hours I didn’t have to lose.
michelle doucetNothing to do with the site itself, but the website for cell phone access and app use wasn’t clear or concise with the apparent code I should have received to more quickly navigate this process. Luckily, someone was available on site and saw me struggling and was able to help me out. Thanks!
