It was hard to find how much the rental was going to cost. When online, it was misleading. I didn't want or need the insurance. I also didn't know what the cost would be and what the terms were. I felt blindsided when I got the final bill in an email long after I returned the van.

Anthony FUhaul added $30 worth of insurance onto my rental and I never approved of it or asked for it. And it is nearly impossible to get it reimbursed .
