The UHaul Rep DID NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY AND SECURELY ATTACH OUR VEHICLE TO THE TOW DOLLY. We went to another Uhaul rental facility on vets Highway in Smithtown for a second opinion and they ALSO DID NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY SECURE THE VEHICLE TO THE TOW DOLLY. When we arrived at our home only 1 mile away from 76 Gas Station, one of the wheel straps dislodged and the other was loose. Both Uhaul locations DID NOT SECURE THE TOW CHAINS TO THE VEHICLE.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEdward was excellent!!! He made the experience absolutely seamless.
Frank MNot all employees at this location know anything about renting or returning UHaul trucks. Thus forced me to use mobile pickup and drop off which was way time consuming and frustrating.
DAVIDMICHAEL SThe original price rented truck it was 3145. They charge me $90.36. Two hours rental. Do not rent from there.
