The location changed the last minute, and when we showed up nobody was there. After 45 minutes a representative showed up and it took another hour and a half to find the key. He was not in a rush to help us and kept having side conversations with others. Nearly 2 hours to get a van for which we arranged online days prior. Will never use uhaul again and do not recommend to others.

UHaul changed the pickup location the day before. I wanted to go to a location where there was a person behind a counter to talk to in case there were issues. I asked for 9am pickup so this could happen. The location you gave me is an empty building with a drop box outside. The dolly, pads and hand truck i ordered where not in the truck as requested. No one to help. I toughed it out for the day, but my back still hurts. Shitty experience...
