I have used Uhaul primarily all of my adult life. In my younger years the military was a life of constant changes of states and or countries sto. From trailers, storage units to vans they have traveled most of the world with me. Its been awhile since my last new horizon with them until this past weekend. Upon arriving at the new surrounding that Uhaul has obtained since my last visit has greatly changed. I was very impressed with the new look, equipment, locations and precision of services. As usual Uhaul got me home with ease. The reservation was spot on, the van was new and very easy on fuel. Outstanding Hosts on each end of my road. Thank You, I appreciate your company and am very happy to see the great improvements you have foregone. Sincerely Robert Waldrum

MICHAEL MBooked a trailer with a motorcycle chuck after the first booking had to be changed. The vendor refused to let me rent the trailer I had booked saying that he wanted to keep that trailer local so he can use it and wouldn't rent it out if it was going to be dropped off somewhere else. Instead I was forced to use a different trailer which fortunately no damage came to the motorcycle I was transporting. Regardless I booked a specific trailer for a reason if it's not available for multi city usage don't let me book it

NEIL HMy only complaint is that I also rented a utility dolly. When I got there they only had appliance dollies. I took one, but it made our move monumentally harder. They have small hard solid wheels, a small lip and are extremely HEAVY. Totally inappropriate. The issue is that this has happened on my last THREE rentals. Next time I will rent with whomever guarantees me a utility dolly. Thank you

OMOLADE AImprove entrance & exit of facility Safety with parking- when others come driving out of storage area it leads straight towards people walking or driving in or out with personal vehicles or rental truck. The front window was not clean on inside causing glare. The gear shifter on this truck had too much play in it
