I had to drive to Colorado from Texas and encountered snow and rain and windshield wipers were terrible. The doors and windows were poorly sealed and wind was coming through with loud noise and I was cold the entire time.

The man at the Nasa Rd 1 location more than made up for the bad experience in Austin. He was happy to give me a credit and apologized for the inconvenience in Austin. I'd gladly give him my business again.

I went through the trouble of registering online, photos of driver's license uploaded too, but it didn't matter. I still had to wait at the counter while he touched my cards & license. Not a very pleasant experience.

I had no more than pulled up to location and stopped the truck and moved some of my personal belongings to my mothers car, who was driving us home....when the guy working at this location stepped out from somewhere, wearing no mask (pandemic), then asked if I was dropping off. My belongings were still in my hand. He then quickly asked where the key was. I said in my hands please hold on one second. He grabbed the key, to love truck to park it, he drove off very fast and zoomed around his storage complex, to come back and parallel park the truck and dolly. He got out about to lock up truck and I had to tell him I hadn't even completed the online drop off and check out. He gave me the key back and disappeared. I felt rushed, not welcomed, and then had to wait on him to park it in order to do check out. He also drove the unit very fast while it was still technically under my responsibility and wasn't wearing a protective mask for pandemic.

I had 2:00 reservations in Bacliff, TX. Reserved truck had no A/C. At 3:30 I picked up a truck in Webster, TX. I waited outside, in the heat, while the contract was printed out. Return time was still set for 2:00. This truck worked fine. Return had to be done thru website, even though business was still open. You need a "truth in rental" disclosure. This $19.95 rental cost ended up being $130.

Arrived at my scheduled time and was told the truck I requested wasn't there. Waited 30 minutes for them to find one at another location and was told i was receive 10% discount for my inconvenience however when i went to second location to pick up truck they had no knowledge of discount so I didn't get it. Not professional at all.

On the app's instructions for returning the vehicle, it would make more sense to have the key return as the last step so that you don't drop off the key before going thru a checklist

No need to improve. Everything was as expected and more. The person who helped set up the rental was informative, efficient and pleasant. Returning was a breeze. I just deposited the keys in the box. Blankets were clean and looked new. The truck was also clean. Rental was Easy!!

Closed before stated closing time. No instructions on how to use 24 hour drop off. Not a very friendly location and hard to access with a trailer.

The road to this location is very narrow, with only room for traffic in one direction. It could be hard for someone who hasn't pulled a trailer before to exit the location safely. I understand there is little you can do about this, just wanted y'all to know.

I tried to increase my rental time on line without success then I called the main office 800#. the agent I spoke to was extremely unhelpful, said I could not change the reservation over the phone, I had to drive 75miles to "return the trailer, never unhooked it from my truck then 75 miles back home. 150 miles and 3 hours, just to extend the rental, I would not say that was making Moving Easier.!!!! that should have been an easy 10 minute call..

The truck was clean and ready. We indicated that we needed furniture pads at the time of the rental. There none at this location. More frustrated with Uhaul for arranging for pickup at a non-full service location, when a full service uhaul location with moving supplies is located one mile away.

We decided to return our trailer on a July 6, Saturday at 4 PM but there was a sign in the office stating that they were closed although the official closing time was 5 PM. Strangely, after we parked the trailer and were about to take off someone came up to us for "help." Oh, how convenient....

When we called to drop off, someone answered and we told them we were on our way. “10 min.” When I got there no one was there to help me unhitch the trailer from my my truck. I was really upset, thankfully the lawn guys helped me.
