Finally, a storage provider that really understands moving. I reserved via their site, moved in using U‑Haul I rented on the spot, then upgraded from 10×10 to 10×20 mid‑lease as needed—swap was free, no penalties. The staff handled everything in two minutes. My unit and things felt safer than my own garage.

We ended up having to extend our rental due to the fact that the wipers were not great, and we ended up having a massive thunderstorm. Also we couldn't use it that evening because the passenger headlight was out, which made it unwise to drive in the rain and in the dark. The app wasn't too hard to navigate, although it could have been a little clearer. Overall the experience was fine, was just very disappointed that we had to extend it and end up paying more money when we shouldn't have had to.

The overall process of getting truck during off hours was difficult to navigate. The folks at our local U-Haul office were helpful especially when returning the truck, but the help we received during off hours from U-Haul was not good. They seemed annoyed with our questions when verifying our identity with the third party contact, my friend said they hung up on her and acted rude then as well.

The location was fine, but what wasn’t was the fact I had to drive from Loveland to Longmont. Also the fact that when I reserved a 20’ truck from Loveland I was told there was a 15’ further away in Longmont. The first manager I spoke to was belligerent and kept repeating “there are no 20’ trucks in Colorado.” I called back and a wonderful woman named Christine searched and found the 26’ truck at this location and said she’d keep the 20’ truck price. I had confirmed with Christine that we ordered a dolly but there wasn’t one when I arrived. Extremely dissatisfied with UHaul other than with Christine and the last woman I spoke with.

Took forever to get truck. Got lockbox code, but not gate code. Finally, another person (not an employee) arrived and pointed out a doorbell camera. Took a while for someone to answer and they seemed surprised that there was no code, didn't seem to believe me. If it hadn't been for this other person showing up, I would have been waiting much longer.. All together, it took about 30 mins to get the truck.

The person didn't start preparing the truck for us until after the rental period started. By the time we got out the whole thing had eaten 45 minutes out of our 4 hour window. Also, the link to the pictures I was supposed to take for the extra coverage expired within five minutes, while we were wrapping things up. Luckily we got it back in time but it's good we weren't moving more than a couch

Don’t send customer to another city to pick up a tow dolly, esp. when they weren’t told beforehand. Don’t forget to include the furniture pads that were ordered. Don’t be reluctant to give them the last dolly, esp. when they ordered two. Make sure things like wiper blades actually work and there is wiper fluid.

I was very impressed with the pick-up and drop-off process. Was able to easily complete the reservation online. Arrived to pick-up the truck and Aaron helped walk me through the steps remotely. Truck operated as expected. No problems. Returned the truck with quick and easy check-out. Very impressed with the ability to remotely document total mileage and fuel. Make sure pickup info is clearly described. Can't pay cash. Can only use one card to pay. Truck drove very rough. Sticker in truck says return with 1/8th tank but you guys sneak in 3/8th in the contract(this is very shady). Even though I selected pick up in person I still had to do it over the phone. This was the absolute worst rental of any kind i have ever had and will never use uhaul of any kind again.

The only downside was how expensive storage units are these days. Especially here in Colorado. It’s a nice place for storage, but not cheap. Other than that it’s a nice place.

1. My unit was clean. The outside aisles were often had lots of ruts and craters in the dirt, and had no drainage in the rain or snow. 2. The area seemed secure. I didn’t enter at night so I don’t know about the lights. 3. There didn’t seem to be anyone there for a lot of the times I was there. To be fair, I didn’t drop by very often. 4. The gentlemen I had spoken to were helpful. I think Aaron was the gentleman I’ve spoken to lately and he was friendly. I spoke to a woman after I rented a truck for May, and she was abrupt. I told her that the lock would not close to lock on the back lock. She was curt and showed no customer service skills. It was her behavior that got me thinking it was time to leave. I’d been with you people for 4-5 yrs and I didn’t need to allow myself to be treated like that. 5. I don’t know if I would recommend your facility. The unit was kept free of animals, spiders and bugs. The aisles were not kept in good shape. They looked like they never got leveled off. And the woman who works there could use a lesson in courtesy. The last thing I needed, after moving all day, was her telling me I didn’t deserve money off for having to buy a lock at 10pm the night before. She showed no consideration or good service skills.
