1. No one was at this location 2. Site looked abandoned 3. Self check-in didn't work 4. Dropped at this location because uhaul wanted the truck there and then got charged extra for mileage even though there was a location only a few miles away.

Let people know ahead of time the truck they were getting wouldn't be ready. Knowing day of really messed the plans we had up and having to go an hour away to get the truck wasnt helpful.
