Followed the U-Haul self service just for the wrong truck to be upfront the day I was picking up. Waited with U-Haul cx service for 2 hours just to be told to go back in the morning. Showed up in the morning receptionist didn’t know what to do. Called someone else kept saying something about me being late or unreturned after I told her I never took a truck because the truck in the pick up area was not the one I had keys for. Made it seem I should’ve known the truck was out back. Mind you the instructions does not say anything about “go check around back in case they forgot to move it up front.” Then proceeds to make me go get the truck from the back which at this point I was already irritated since she didn’t address the issue on their part and just proceeded to charge me for another rental. Worst experience ever.

staff was nice. However, the trailer hadn’t been serviced in a while. Driver side ratchet kept coming loose on the trip. Tire pressures weren’t correct. Overall poor experience.

Luis Goutdated tires, one of the tires tread on the trailer came out flying on the way to haul the vehicles I was going to pick up. dialed road assistance never answered so I ended up taking the trailer to a third party tire shop paying for the tire replacement with my credit card.

JOHN KI was over charged for the usage I reserved 50 miles and only used 15 miles I gases up and return with more gas than I used and got charge over what my original hold for 50 miles
JUDY MThe ratcheting thing for the straps were all very hard to work with. Even put Louie on them . When dropping off they were again a pain to undo. Guy didn’t help at all , or say I have to do this , this and this, loading and strapping down my vehicle. Stickers on tongue were torn up a bit also, these gave instructions on what to do , how to do thing.
TODD CPick it up, the Uhall was sitting in the mud. The shop didn’t have any supplies. The place was hard to find. No sign out front. The woman who helped me was very nice and courteous.

Piper MI reserved a 10’ but due to vandalism was given a 15’. This location mixed up some info from the 10’ with the truck I took and after the very broken U-Haul app kept giving me errors, they sent me on my way. Upon drop off I had to solve the very confusing problems of mixed info, taking me another couple hours.
AUSTIN KI requested a one way trip and ended up with an extra $500 on my bill for not returning the truck to the original location. I guess I'll read the contract next time so I don't get jew'd.
