Guy came to a window and opened it and asked what i was returning and guy just asked for the key and never bothered to check truck. Guy shut window and i was done. You would think you would want to review equipment being returned but showed didn't really care.STEVEN C.

There was an error on the Fuel. Truck was noted as having 3/4 tank. I didnt check in online-Drove off immediately saw it was at 5/8. Took a photo to upload for when I stopped. When I stopped the Online check in link was already disabled. Returned it at over 5/8 but was charged for the 3./4 assuming the lot had a photo of the taanks mileage at previous check in....Customers should have a little more time to inspect, there are araely mistakes I am sure but when there are the bnurden should not be on the customer to correct it within just a few minutes timeline. Just a suggestion-not a complaint. It just cost me 14.00 but I should have had a few more minutes to notoce the error. Thank you! Terri Lynn Flanders 928-716-3736Terri F.
