They overcharged us, I rented the uhaul from Wednesday to Friday and they added it as returned on Monday and I got charged for another 3 days.

The location provider was great, but I was very disappointed with the virtual check-in process. I originally scheduled this on 12/25 but had to abandon my plan and reschedule as I tried to check-in for an hour and a half with u-haul staff assistance with no success. This was a very frustrating experience that I don't think I would try again.

Arthur A.They need to be resent. I had to wait for someone to help me and when they showed up; it took way to long to rent the equipment. They were playing on there phone while entering my info on computer. Anddd the person who took my info on the phone before I got there; booked the wrong dates. So it had to be changed. And that's took more time for me to wait..
