Our original drop off was to be okotoks Alberta. But because it was Sunday they weren’t open. U-Haul changed the location to high river. That guy was an ass to me, rude to my mother. He refused to accept the car trailer. He magically found room for the trailer after we told him to honour the contract 10 times. Completely makes U-Haul look terrible. He’s an insolent rude little man. He didn’t want to inspect the truck or trailer for damage or blankets or the dolly. This man shouldn’t be representing U-Haul unless those are uhauls values ?

This saved me time and money, you should consider renting to contractors like myself who find themselves out of their work truck. I plan on renting another one when mine goes to the body shop. The location is great, as well as the 24hr service. I can walk from the store to get my truck at the shop.

Unfortunately the clerks English was poor and communication was difficult and he got everything wrong

Store clerk told me they only take truck rentals back there. Closet other u haul was in okatooks. I left it there any way. He returned the trailer but not overly pleased.

Pick facility up was unsure of the policy due to being a new dealer. I was told that the truck was a one way but it ended up as being return. However when communicating with U-haul they allowed me to do a one way and the facility that took the vehicle were most helpful.

I ended up paying more for mileage as I was unaware I had to return to the original pickup. There was nothing in the paperwork suggesting that was the case. Otherwise it was a good experience.
