No where on the paperwork or by checking out via text on phone did I get a code to get into location to leave truck. I tried the number the paperwork said to call and got no help Sunday as it was after hours. During business hours the next morning I spoke to 2 different people and neither one of them could help me. I finally got ahold of someone at the UHaul 800 number and she was able to get a code so I could return vehicle. I spent over an hour in total trying to return the vehicle. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with renting anything.

Super easy with app and lockboxes. I drove in behind someone so that may be why the gate code didn’t let me out(?), but then just drove out when another customer came in. Will use this again, first time with u haul way impressed!!!

GAIL GIt was super fast ordered day before. Got it that morning took maybe total 10 min. Used it and then filled it up and dropped it off which took 5 more min and that was it. Easy would rent again from this location no problem.
