William SI was trapped in this location for almost an hour because this facility only has a gate that opens when a vehicle approaches. I was on the phone with U-Haul customer service and he was unable to reach anyone to help me. I’ve requested a call back from management two times and no one has called me yet. Please contact me at 2152877447. This was unacceptable!

EWALD ZMike is friendly and knowledgeable which puts you at ease and helps you handle a stressful situation like moving. He has a passion for what he does and enjoys being of service to his customers. Mike is efficient and through and explains things well. I will highly recommend this location solely because of him. He sets the bar high and will make an excellent trainer for others in the company to learn from.
SPENSER VThe facility is fine but the equipment (4x8 trailer) was very very poor quality. We have been using uhaul the past 3 years, 2x a year to transport daughter to college. Using Uhaul in PA is VERY unprofessional & chaotic than using NY State uhaul services.
MICHAEL CThe steering was loose and it easily kicked out of gear in steering column. The truck was pretty banged up and older appearing. There were other trucks there that looked in better condition.

JOHN DLet the customers know that when counter person takes a photo of their drivers license, it is not taking a photo that is stored on the counter person’s phone. It is in fact scanning a QR code and sending the drivers license information to the UHaul app. It made me very uneasy to think the counter person was taking a photo of my license on their personal cellphone. I had to ask the counter person why he was doing this.

LASHANETTA HWe only dropped off at this location. The office was closed. We didn't have any interaction with anyone there. We received a text with explicit instructions since no one would be there. It was easy to drop off.
FRANCIS SThe experience was really great, staff was friendly, and it was easy to pickup and drop off. I have driven U-Haul trucks before so my only comment would be that this truck struggled to shift a lot. But overall was great
REBECCA TThis location and Michael were excellent - clean, easy to find and knowledgeable, personable . However, in general I wouldn't recommend renting from U-Haul for a trailer. That's because I scheduled a 5x8 trailer online at one location, and received a confirmation online and a confirmation email a few days later as well. But I found out when I showed up for pick up that I had to go to this much further away location. If I had known, I would have rented from another company.

AMY KThe truck was in marginal condition. Applying the brakes showed a tendency for the truck to nosedive left. The brakes need replacing for safety. Interior of truck was worn and torn.
Mario Rmaking reservation, perhaps my 8th is the last several months, i clicked on the wrong rental place. showing up at the wrong place, well they were late opening and then they tell me you made your reservation up the street. and they treat me like i havent been a customer there for months. they tell me i have to go up the road. and then the guy at 5211 wasnt doing his job either. i know it was a sunday morning and it was hot but that's not the consumer's problem until uhaul creates problems because they cant do their jobs. so either uhaul at the top is completely disfunctional or uhaul employees are. so, going forward, i'm not renting from uhaul exclusively. i will be segueing to another truck rental company. too bad. i used to like uhaul. furthermore, i will be sharing my experience with consumer advocacy businesses, the bbb, and the pa attorney general and on social media. uhaul doesnt want me to put my attention on them. uhaul made almost 5 billion dollars in 2023. profits up 25% since 2021. this medievil business plan is white collar crime.

Joe bI have used this rental place numerous times and am always greeted by a friendly employee. They make it easy for pickup /drop off. Only thing I can say that needs improving is the app which crashed multiple times while trying to return equipment after hours but that is out of the rental locations hands.

Victor FI will look over the vehicle thoroughly next time. The side door when opened the rubber trimming came off had trouble closing the door, other than that air conditioner worked well along with the overall vehicle.
Mary BThe van stunk of some kind of odd smell and look like it was stained with some kind of liquid, and the side door did not lock, and these things were not told to me prior to picking up the van.

Thomas HI rent a moving truck every few years and always book from A Storage Depot. Mike is super friendly and makes the entire experience fast and easy. And the rental rates are great too.
Chris OThe attendant assist was quite rude during check out. Parked vehicle in same spot picked up and told me to move it after the fact. He could have done that. Turned keys in and didn't say anything. No thank you...no nothing. Vehicle was rough. High mileage and dirty.

Phillip HI did the drop off process through the app and it was unsuccessful. I went through the prompts but had no service to continue through. It said I returned it but I never got a code to get into the gate. So had to call customer service for help but waited 20 min - did a live chat at the same time and still nothing. Luckily, someone was coming out so we were able to get in that way. It wasn’t a great experience. There has to be a better way to get access to the code or the gate.
Chelsea BLove to rent from this location ! Michael is very helpful very cordial friendly makes the paperwork very easy expedite everything explains every detail in reference to your rental. I also have a unit there that he has helped me with and made it amazingly amazingly easy.. love the new Ford vans seater comfortable very techy, friendly and up-to-date. Please Alway stock the new Ford band at this location. We love them. I also have a few friends renting from this U-Haul location because they say the people are friendly and the vans are nice and clean and much newer and up-to-date, thanks again U-Haul
Miriam MI’m concerned about driving with snow and ice on the roof. It was a hazard as it did fly off and hit the vehicle behind. Thankfully no damage. Thx for everything!

David GEmployee told me the trailer was having issues with the lights but it was fixed, then half an hour into my trip the lights shut off, waited 2 hours for a mechanic from roadside assistance to come out then another 4 for him to get the trailer up and running, then an hour later the same issue comes back. I know my truck is not the issue because I tow 3 other personal trailers with it on a weekly basis with no issue, and the mechanic agrees it was not a truck problem, it was a trailer problem. It was a pain to get any kind of customer service from the uhaul dealer and I will not be returning to this location.
