Mike was awesome. This has nothing to do with him but it's utterly ridiculous that you (Uhaul) are trying to charge $20 if you don't complete the return document. It's even crazier that you have to complete that form on site at the location of drop off. I returned the vehicle the same day as the rental and tried to complete the return vehicle form at work but couldn't because it had to use GPS. You should strongly reconsider this position, it comes off as a pure money grab and it isn't a good look.Raymond S.

The equipment I requested was not in the truck which caused a huge inconvenience in trying to move large furniture and boxes. WORST of all, there is a 2' wide patch of grass that runs along the front of where all the trucks are parked and there were dozens of huge piles of dog SHIT all over the grass. I didn't realize it until I was required to step to the front of the truck to compare photos and stepped in it. I had to throw my shoes in the trash. Not only is that repulsive but UNSANITARY. The service was very good - she was very helpful and check in was simple. The facility however is tiny, so other than picking up and dropping off a vehicle, not much else there.Bradley R.

Van was not available at the time and place promised on reservation made several days before. $50 credit was promised but not received 5 days later, and I had to call to hopefully receive. Based on time wasted, stress and extra gas, this was not adequate compensation as reassigned location was 30 miles away from planned location.GERALD W.

The online checkin process once we arrived was a bear. It would not recognize my location, had to try it on multiple phones. It took 3 tries to get my husbands drivers license to approve. The truck was easy to find and getting in/out of the gate was easy, it was the whole online thing that was inefficient. Next time I'd just wait to pick up when the office is open.Jerry A.

The text message sent to me which stated the process of returning the vehicle did not indicate that it should be completed BEFORE drop-off (and save $20). Hence, I had dropped the keys in the after-hours key return, opened the text, and found that I needed to get back into the truck for photo uploads! I don't want to pay the $20 "convenience fee!"Michael C.

Mike the agent was the best! Best rental experience I had with you so far. New truck economical on gas no issues no breakdowns easy in easy out. Only one issue . I had to go through a toll that advertised it had a cash booth. got there and the sign read , they would send the bill to the plate owner. need to set up a universal speed pass. I will pay the toll that is my problem but I don't want to get charged a fee when there was nothing I could do about it, they had pulled people out of the toll booth for Covid 19?????? We picked up the truck on Memorial Day so the physical location was closed . I have used the app before with no trouble but this time it was extremely difficult. The app said which truck number to go to but it was not in the lot. After several phone calls, it turns out this is another U-haul location not far down the road from the place I booked and app acknowledged I was there even though I was in the wrong place. Worse yet, it said I was in the truck even though I couldn't find it. Finally I was directed to the other location. However, since the app said I was in the truck there was no way to access the instructions to get the keys. We finally located the keys on our own by searching the truck. Over an hour after we arrived we were finally able to leave. Not a positive experience, except for the last woman from Uhaul we spoke to on the phone trying to assist us.LINDA S.

The woman who works there is miserable! She does nothing but complain about her job and how she is so tired driving from MD and the computer system and Internet being slow.
