Michael was Awesome. First he as a godsend to carry a stock of 2”Ball connection for the trailer hitch. He walked us thru the ent processes. Was very diligent to walk us thru the safeygudelines. Spent time confirming connection and hook-up for the trailer lights. Top service ! Thumbs up for great Uhaul
