I would rate the service as 5 until I received the bill. I was told to fill the tank before returning. The Sunoco station was about 1/4 mile from return depo. I went thru a bad intersection (it is called 5 pts) twice (going to Sunoco and returning to U Haul depo) in order to fill the tank and return van. After finally finding the gas port by the door, the pump with the cheapest gas shutoff at $1.88. I've seen safety warnings at other gas stations warning against overfill (don't try to add more gas after pump shuts off). I did what I was supposed to do. I will challenge this charge of $18 as far as I need to.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything went good 👍🏼
CHESTER CGreat customer service and great pricing ….thank you!!!!!
Jeff BThe location is excellent. My only complaints concern U-Haul itself: the DOLLY inside the cargo area are completely unnecessary—they take up valuable space. There is one other point: although I work professionally with storage unit auctions in the US, I usually don't use your services due to the high rates; however, this time—on a weekday—I was charged $1.99 per mile.
MAKSYM PEverything went well. The customer service rep, Michael was super helpful. We definitely will continue to use this location for truck rentals.
