I was told because I was utilizing the app to check my truck out, because the office was closed, I could pick up my truck at any time during the day. This was untrue. I called, texted, got no answer. After waiting an hour, I amended my reservation to an earlier time through the app, and it became available. Everything with the truck went great. I drove the truck 52 miles. I put 7 gallons of gas in the truck right before I returned it. I was then charged ANOTHER $16.50 for gas. So, If you rent from this location, the 15' truck will get 5 miles to the gallon. (Simply not true) I highly recommend choosing another location or another truck rental company altogether.
