Marvin DI don’t need to know about the worker’s political affiliation or have the make/model of the car I drive (import) questioned. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional, but unfortunately a by product of living in Lubbock. In the future, I would request another pickup location so I don’t have to cross paths with this guy.

TIMOTHY JThis place was deserted, no one was there even though it was during posted business hours. You had to back in over a sidewalk on a busy street to return the truck.
Kane LI had no idea at first where to park the truck. It was a little confusing and I honestly thought the place was closed at first. It is a smaller location so I do not know how it would be fixed. The place was clean, but not really inviting. I was confused where to put the truck.

ANN COnly issue was the entire floor of the trailer was cover in a lot of sand and had to swept/washed out before using. Other than that everything was fine

MARILYN BIt can start Respecting the reservations. The truck was dirty when we got it but the guy didn't even had the courtesy to show us the truck the way he rented it to us whichnwas dirty, it had alot of dirt in the box of the truck. But he did charged me for the cleaning fee once I returned it. We returned it the way we got it and he charged me $15 dlls cleaning fee.... I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone. I will consider other moving companies due to this experience going forward.... I had a my reservation for pickup at 10am and showed up at 11am but I had my CC info and everything on the app and he still didn't hold my truck. I ended up getting a bigger truck which he offered to price match and then he charged me the cleaning fee afterwards. The truck was in rough shape I rented it to move locally and only had it for 24hrs..

SOPHIA SOriginally I wasn’t supposed to pick up from this location it got switched I didn’t receive a text they messaged this gentleman saying that it was U-hauls fault and to save my truck I got there he said I was SOL because he already gave the truck to someone else he reads the message and calls the lady that he gave the truck to and told her that the person before didn’t bring it back I Asked for the warranty he told me I didn’t want it I told him I did he asked me if I was a bad driver then took it off without my consent I told him I still wanted it and he ignored me kind of just talked shit the whole time if I didn’t need to be out of my apartment this day I would have left immediately still waiting for the 200$ deposit to come back this location is terrible

HADEN HI’ve rented uhauls in Houston tx Amarillo tx and Oklahoma. I’ve never ever had the kind of service that I get here. They are excellent in everything they do. They are number one in my book!
Marvin DI rented from this place and they charged me 585$ deposit, they manually put that I was going to use 1000 miles and didn’t ask me anything , I didn’t know until I went to the u haul on 34th & Ave Q that they are supposed to ask you , I paid a 60$ deposit at u haul on 34th st (almost 10x less) , not only did they over charge me , my contract said 05/16/24 - 05/18/24 and I paid for those days with the deposit, and the owner called the cops and reported the truck stolen on the 17th (05/17/24) cops came and were rude treating me like a criminal. The owner didn’t want to be in the wrong and took the truck , I had to go to the u haul to get a truck from them to finish the job and then and only then did I realize I got scammed by this guy , I was charged 21$ for gas when I didn’t get a chance to put gas I was rushed back to the u haul location due to the truck being “stolen” I will never use this location again they need to be shut down !!

MOOSE HGary's the best Uhaul dealer I've ever dealt with. I've been renting Uhauls for 14 years and I will only rent from Gary from this point forward anytime we rent in Lubbock.
I WThe truck was wrack told the employees they nothing we can do get in the truck full of mud on the floor board the truck barley had any gas in it I had to feel up before driving off the employee lide on the miles and when I went up there it the time of pickup there was note on the door that said please call my cell did twice went to voicemail then he calls back who is this I explained to him why I was there took over 10 min for him to get there just all around a bad experience give uhaul bad after this sadly I can not hostile recommend uhaul as compy
