I went to 1613 34th st. location. Yard extremely filthy. Had not been cleaned for weeks. Had been buying boxes, etc. there for weeks. Wanted to rent an open trailer at that location. was told that the size that I wanted was broken down. I opted for a different size and again was told that they were broken down. Many trailers on the lot, but none that I needed were available for rent. I was told that both of the trailers were available at the 2520 E. 50th St. location. The 2520 E. 50th St. location was a dump, but they had what I wanted and were extremely helpful in renting and hooking up. At that location I was told that almost all of their business comes from customers not able to be served by the 34 th St location because most of the equipment at that location is broken. I will not go back to the 34th st. location.
