Well it started great on uhaul app.got a quote 60.95 which I thought it was high advertising said 49.95 but I forgot taxes and mileage had to add to bill. So I was fine with it (60.95) I arrived at location to pick up box truck there's wer it got a little shady they try to charge me over 100.00 dollars.I questioned it they said not to worry its not going to b that much if I didnt have it longer or more mileage.. So agreed what a mistake.. I left the store and got notification from bank u guys had charged me 193.00. I went back they said trust us they will give back money not used .. so guess what happened ? Nthg not one fuckin thing so called corporate they tell me they only charged my account 118.00... MY CONCERN IS HOW THE HELL CAN A QUOTE GO FROM 60.95 TO 193.00 THEN CLAIMING THEY ONLY TOOK 118.00.BUT MY BANK STILL SAYS DIFFERANT

The rental place didn't give me the padlock code to take the padlock off which made me only have less than 24 hrs to load the U-Haul & drive 4hrs away.
LaDonna RThis was not my regional location to pick up the trailer. I was called the day before and told that I either had to pick up the trailer here or my order would be canceled. This was very frustrating and I will take long and hard before using U-Haul in the future.the Trailer had brought Ken glass, lite bulbs in it! The trailer latch was not easy to use
judy EThe guy at this location the night I dropped it off was very rude. After I was done taking my pictures online he came outside and asked if I could move the truck and back it in. I told him I couldn’t move it after taking the pictures and I couldn’t back it in on such a busy highway. He started laughing and said what a joke. Then walked away. Incredibly rude. Also the movers I hired through U-Haul never showed up and I keep asking for a refund but I’m getting no responses or answers.

JEFFREY KI really like this location and it was very easy to rent . Definitely will be back if the time comes to rent a U-Haul again!
