Nothing wrong with the equipment itself not with the assistance provided by the individual working at the auto place. HOWEVER, I need Uhaul the company to understand that they need to staff their pickup locations with Uhaul employees who can assist customers with their pickups instead of doing everything through a QR code on a wall. If someone's cell phone isn't working or if there's a glitch in the Uhaul app, how are they supposed to pick up their truck?

Ray BAs a person who rents car for the first time, I don’t know that I need to refill the gas tank to the original value. It is not clear in the pick-up instructions at all that I need to refill before return. It is only after I started the return process and the app calculated the gas prices and some gas refill service fee that I realized that I can refill the gas by myself to avoid the service fee. This type of fee charge was not clearly warned at pick up and I was extremely frustrated by this fee which I could have avoided easily.
