Timothy DAPR is my number 1 place to rent Uhaul. They’re very friendly and accommodating. No one enjoys moving, so it’s refreshing to have a good experience renting equipment.

Ray GI returned the trailer two days earlier than the contract was up and I was billed for an extra day rental. I was told to just drop it in the parking lot and that all I needed to do. I took photos of the trailer went and were I put it in the middle of the lot.

JAMES WWhen I went to return my trailer, I arrived right at closing. The worker told me they were closed.He gave me 2 options: Pay $20 extra to drop it off then, or return it the next day. Not sure why they charge for after hours drop, but that needs to be noted on rental agreement. TWO THUMBS DOWN.

RODOLFO GOrdered a dolly, was not there when the truck was picked up. Wasn’t charged for it but I should have been notified prior to my rental that one wasn’t available. Truck was given to me smelling of cigarette smoke and near empty on fuel.
MCKENNA HVendor needs to be better trained in the use of the toy hauler trailer and more willing to help customer with tie down process. They walked away and provided VERY little assistance.
