the location seemed pretty sketchy and I wasn't even sure I was at the correct place. But the people were friendly and helpful. I had no issues with the vehicle or hand truck rental. I wish they had a pickup truck to have been able to rent, but instead I had a big giant moving truck. I was honestly terrified driving it. Luckily I only needed it for a short distance to get things to a storage unit.
