elizabeth jHowever, the uhaul moving help was the poorest customer service I've ever seen. After agreeing to a time and me paying $165, they called before the job and backed out due to another job. Why was i allowed to reserve help if they already had something else lined up? They left a 68 year old woman to unload a 26' truck by myself. If they had just come, they would have seen that it would have taken about an hour if what I needed help with and they would have made money. That was their excuse, they wouldn't make anything with the drive involved. I am sharing this experience on Facebook, Tik Tok, and Instagram. I will do everything I can to dissuade anyone else from using this service. And don't start with the "they are contracted labor"...they represent your company and they did it in the worst possible way.
